Recipes Tempeh Goreng Bumbu Bali
Ingredients :
- 250 g. Tempeh- 2 dl. Water
- 1 sereh stalk
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce manis
- sugar to taste
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Seasoning :
- 4 shallots- 5 red lomboks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cm. djahe
- 1 teaspoon trassi
Preparation:
Defamize the tomato and cut it into pieces. Kneus the sereh stem. Cut the tempeh into cubes, fry it golden brown in ample oil, drain and keep it separate. Peel the djahe and finely chop. Chop the shallots, lomboks and garlic finely. Grind the bumbu into a paste and sauté it in 2 tablespoons of oil until it starts to smell. Add the soy sauce, tomato, sereh, sugar and salt and stir well. Add the water and let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Spoon the tempeh through and make sure all the cubes are covered with sauce.
