Pangsit Keju

Ingredients 20 pieces of dumpling skin, cut into round shapes, diameter 5 cm, cooking oil 

Content:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 btg kucai leaves, chopped
  • 100 gr of minced meat
  • 1 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 gr of cheddar cheese

Content:

  1. Sauté garlic until yellow.
  2. Add the cooked minced meat until the meat changes color.
  3. Stir in the English soy sauce and tomato sauce, pepper, sugar, salt, stir until dry.
  4. Add thecai leaves, grated cheese, mix well, set aside.
  5. Take a piece of dumpling skin, put 1 tsp of the filled dough in the center, smear around the skin of the dumpling with egg whites, glue it.
  6. Fry in hot oil and plenty until yellow-brown. Remove and drain.
