Kaki Naga Asam Manis
Materials:
- 250 gr of frozen chicken dragon legs
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 200 ml of broth water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Sweet And Sour Seasoning :
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp cooked wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fine peppercorns
- 1 tsp cooked vinegar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- Oil for sautéing
- Heat oil, fry dragon's feet until golden yellow, remove, drain, set aside
- Sauce : Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add all seasoning ingredients, mix well.
- Pour water of cornstarch solution, mix well until it boils and thickens.
- Stir in the fried dragon's legs, mix well, remove. Serve while warm for 5 people
