How to Prepare Lemon Tea Healthy for your health

Tea has different varieties and taste varies from its different flavors. For example milk tea which ancient and common throughout the world, black tea, green tea which is very popular in Japan and China. Similarly, Lemon tea is one of them. This tea is just like other tea and prepared in the same manner etc. It prevents you from mental tanginess and body discomfort. It is also a mood boosting and helps you stay fresh all the time. However, you can easily and quickly prepare this by simply following easy method. Before going to its method we first collect the ingredient which we need to prepare it.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 tsp or 4 tea bags of Tea powder
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice or 2 lemons
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Method:
  1. Get a jug of boiled water
  2. Put tea into that hot water for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tea is mixed.
  3. Squeeze some lemons and pour the juice into the tea.
  4. Stir well and then take the teabag out from the water.
  5. Put a cup of sugar or honey (the amount depends on the quantity of water or your taste).
  6. Stir well and allow to completely cool.
  7. Pour the lemon tea into a glass and put some ice cubes into it.
  8. Lemon Tea is now ready to serve!
