How to cook delicious Fish Curry?

If you really want to cook delicious fish curry, then follow these simple insturctions and you will make fish curry and sever to your family members:

Ingredients:
  • - 260ml can coconut cream
  • - 1 ½ tb green curry paste
  • - 2 x 400ml cans coconut milk
  • - 1 ½ tb fish sauce
  • - 1 tb brown or palm sugar
  • - 500g perch fillets(or any firm white fleshed fish)
  • - 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • - 230g can bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
  • - Juice of 1 lime

    Method:
    1. First of all you have to heat coconut cream in a wok over for 8 min or until oil or cream separate. After that add curry and cook further for 2 min.
    2. Slowly stir in coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar. Smmer, stirring occasionally for 10 min or wait when green oil comes to the surface.
    3. Add fish, lime leaves and bamboo shoots. Simmer for 5 min. stir through lime juice. After that serve topped with coriander leaves over jasmine rise.
