Fried Mushroom Ravioli recipe is a tasty and original Italian recipe for ravioli made with an authentic tomato and mushroom sauce to serve as a canapé. It is very easy to cook with few minutes. Now let us know how to prepare it at home:
Ingredients :
- 7 oz ready-made mushroom ravioli
- 2 1⁄8 pt vegetable oil for frying
- Half onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 5 1⁄3 oz wild mushrooms
- 2 fl oz dry white wine
- 2 fl oz olive oil
- 14 oz canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 saucepans
- 1 tray
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 slotted spoon
- 1 hand blender
- Kitchen paper
Method :
- First take a pan and add olive oil and heat it over medium temperature.
- After that, add onion and stir.
- Next, add sliced garlic and stir until cooked properly.
- Now add Mushroom and stir and cooked for 2 minutes.
- After that add white wine and cooked for next 5 minutes.
- Next, add chopped tomato and cooked well.
- Add salt and black pepper and again cook for next 10-15 minutes.]
- Remove the pan from the heat and keep it aside to make it cool.
- Mean while, take a frying pan add oil for frying.
- Now add ready-made mushroom ravioli and fry it until their color turn to golden brown.
- Again take that pan in which you had made puree.
- Check whether your puree mixture becomes cool if yes, then take a blender and blend that mixture to make a fine paste puree.
- Now, serve fried mushroom ravioli and served it with tomato puree!
