Chicken Soup recipe very delicious to serve in snacks
Ingredients :
- One whole chicken
- 1-gallon water (enough to cover chicken)
- 1 onion cut in quarters
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 inch of ginger root shredded
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pound new potatoes
- 4 large carrots cut in one-inch slices
- 2 stalks celery cut in one-inch slices
- 1 can baby corn
Method :
- First, combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and water in a large stockpot and bring them to a boil. Well, you can also use crock-pot but it tells more time to cook as compared to stockpot.
- After that, if feel that they start boiling then, simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour for skimming off oil and fat as needed.
- You can also test chicken with a fork to determine when it is tender and fully cooked.
- Next, remove the chicken and shred it, removing fat, bones, skin, and gristle.
- Then, strain chicken broth.
- Next, add vegetables and chicken to chicken broth and bring them to a boil,
- After that reduce the heat to simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
- Well, Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
- Serve chicken soup hot with black pepper powder and cream!
